One of my favorite times to sit by the waterfront is when the fog creates an almost cozy cover, dampening the everyday sounds, but intensifying the call of the wild at times. The light mist on your skin, commencing from an earth-bound cloud, almost gives you the feeling that you’re melting into the atmosphere, in the most delightful of ways. The mystery that ensues in this bit of everyday life is enchanting. This piece goes hand in hand with a sister piece (pictured below). Together they remind me of the magic moment between dusk and twilight.
